Randolph County
Rd 1100 West. 4-29-08 a pickup truck westbound and a car east bound
hit head on when one vehicle crossed the center line forcing the other to hit
Both Victim's were transported to the Hospital by
Culberson EMS, Randolph
County Sheriff's Department was assisted by the West Union Fire Department
and first responders.

200 S. & 900 W. The driver failed to negotiate a left turn driving off the
road
into a culvert. The victim was taken from the vehicle by the Farmland Rescue
and Randolph County EMS. The Sheriff's department investigated the
accident.

The driver apparently lost control and went into the side ditch coming back
to the road not able to keep control went back into the ditch striking a
telephone
pole breaking it off and injuring the driver. He was
taken to the Richmond hospital
by Culberson EMS, the Sheriff's department was assisted in the accident by the
Farmland Fire Department , Farmland Fire Rescue.

1100 W & 550 N.
The vehicle hit a patch of ice loosing control spinning around breaking off a
stop sign and road sign rolled over landing on four wheels. The Driver had
to
be extricated from the car by the Farmland Rescue Squad , Two passengers were
taken to Ball Hospital by Albany EMS, the driver was taken by Randolph County
EMS. The Sheriff's department was assisted by the Farmland and Parker
Police
department, Randolph County and Albany EMS, Farmland and Parker Fire Departments

Photo's of a one vehicle accident 01-04-08 on State Road
32 West of
Farmland approximately 925 W. A pickup truck heading West hit a snow
covered highway spun around left the road on the North side flipping the
truck over breaking of a telephone pole and landing on its side in a field.
No serious injury to either the driver or one passenger. The Sheriff's Dept.
was assisted by Farmland P.D. Farmland Fire Rescue and First Responders,
and the Randolph County EMS.

100 N just East of
950 W. The driver lost control on ice and snow covered road went into the
ditch rolling over and stopping on top of a fence. The Sheriff's department was
assisted by Parker P.D. Farmland Fire Rescue, Farmland First Responders, an
the Randolph County EMS.

An accident that occurred on 12/6/2007 involving a tractor
hauling and a car. The accident
occurred on US Highway 27 between 600 and 700 North.

Photo's of a one vehicle accident Nov 6, 2007 on State Rd
28 in Fairview. The vehicle
left the road on the South side of 28 going down into a deep side ditch
hitting several
small trees and breaking on a telephone pole dropping power lines down close to
the
top of the vehicle. The driver was taken to Ball Memorial Hospital by the
Albany EMS
with minor injuries.
The Sheriff's department was assisted by the Albany P.D. the Albany Fire
Department,
and the Indiana State Police.

intersection of 900 W & 200 S.
The car failed to yield the right of way and hit the truck rolling it over into
a field.
The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital for a
check up and the other
driver was uninjured. The Sheriff's department was assisted by the
Farmland
Police Department, Randolph County EMS and the Farmland Fire Rescue.

approximately 250 S of Farmland
Oct, 8, 2007. The truck left the road and traveled approximately 300 feet
before coming
to rest. The driver was transported from the scene to a landing area for
the PHI Medical
Helicopter who transported the patient to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
The Sheriff's
department was assisted by the Farmland Police Department , Farmland Fire Rescue
and
the Randolph County EMS.


Photo's of an accident that occurred during the early
morning hours of
10/06/2007. The driver left the scene prior to
impact, however, he had turned
onto the railroad tracks from County road 300 East for
an unknown reason.
His vehicle became stuck and was struck head on by a
West bound train.

Photos of an early morning accident on 9/7/2007 when a
semi failed to notice an
11 foot low clearance of an upcoming railroad bridge.
The semi driver drove
under the bridge and totally ripped the top of the
trailer off losing a portion of
his load. The accident occurred on 500 West and
the Sheriff's Department was
assisted by Randolph County EMS. The driver was
uninjured.

Photos of a crash that occurred around 6:15 AM on
8/10/2007 near Maxville. The driver
of the SUV fell asleep on his way to work and drove off
the roadway striking a tree head on.
The driver was transported with complaints of pain to
St Vincent hospital by Winchester
EMS. Randolph County Sheriff's Dept was assisted
by Farmland Fire & Rescue.

near Losantville

Photo's of an accident on May 8,2007 at the
intersection of Randolph and Delaware
County line on the Windsor Rd. One vehicle failed to yield collided with
the other.
There were several injuries and power lines down. The Sheriff's Department was
assisted by the Randolph County EMS, Parker City, 1st responders, Parker Fire
Department, Farmland Police Dept, and Farmland Fire Rescue.

driver of a pickup truck failed to yield and struck a vehicle in the
intersection. 4
people where taken to St Vincent's Randolph for minor injuries and later a leg
injury was transported to Ball Memorial Hospital .
The occupants in the truck
refused treatment and the driver was arrested for OWI. The Sheriff's Department
investigated the accident and was assisted by the Randolph County EMS, and the
White River Fire & Rescue


Photo's of drugs seized during a traffic stop the
morning of April 27th, 2007. Deputy
Pullins made a traffic stop and Officer Barndollar
stopped by with his K-9 partner
"Awk." Officer Barndollar of the Winchester
Police Department ran his dog
around the vehicle and it showed Officer Barndollar a
positive indication that the odor
of drugs were emanating from the vehicle. The
photo's below is what was seized.
