Road 200 S. resulting
in two people being injured. One driver was taken to
Miami Dayton by Helicopter
the second driver was taken to St Vincent's Randolph. The Sheriff's Department
was
assisted by the Farmland Fire Rescue, Parker Fire Department, Culberstons EMS,
Randolph County EMS, Winchester EMS

Photo's of a one vehicle accident on Indian Trail Rd South
of U.S. 36 when the Driver
lost control sliding into two telephone poles. The driver was taken to Ball
Hospital
by Culbertson EMS the passenger was fatally injured. The Sheriff's Department
was
assisted by the Farmland Fire Department Rescue, Modoc Fire Department, West
Union First Responders, and the Randolph County Coroners Office.

Photo's of a one vehicle accident on State Road 32
just East of 1000 W. The
accident happened 01-02-09 when the driver lost control on icy roads and
after leaving the highway snow turned the car over several times. The
injuries
were minor, and the Sheriff's Dept was assisted by the
Farmland First Responders,
Farmland Fire Rescue, Randolph County EMS.

400 West. The accident
occurred on December 23rd, 2008 when icy roads made
traveling treacherous!

The driver lost control of his vehicle on ice covered roads. There was minor
injury driver refused EMS services, the Sheriffs department was assisted by
West Union first responders, West Union Volunteer Fire
Department, Culberson
EMS.

Photo's of a one vehicle accident on 600 South just East
of St Rd 1, 08-13-08
The driver of the East bound dump truck drove off the South side of the
road
lost control causing the truck to turn up side down in the ditch. The Sheriff's
Dept
investigating the accident was assisted by Culbersons EMS , Farmland Fire
Rescue. The driver had minor injuries.

Photo's of a two vehicle accident on St Rd 36 just east of
Randolph County
Rd 1100 West. 4-29-08 a pickup truck westbound and a car east bound
hit head on when one vehicle crossed the center line forcing the other to hit
Both Victim's were transported to the Hospital by
Culberson EMS, Randolph
County Sheriff's Department was assisted by the West Union Fire Department
and first responders.


Photo's of a one vehicle accident 04-09-08 at the
intersection of County Rd
200 S. & 900 W. The driver failed to negotiate a left turn driving off the
road
into a culvert. The victim was taken from the vehicle by the Farmland Rescue
and Randolph County EMS. The Sheriff's department investigated the
accident.

Rd and 900 S.
The driver apparently lost control and went into the side ditch coming back
to the road not able to keep control went back into the ditch striking a
telephone
pole breaking it off and injuring the driver. He was
taken to the Richmond hospital
by Culberson EMS, the Sheriff's department was assisted in the accident by the
Farmland Fire Department , Farmland Fire Rescue.


Photo's of a one vehicle accident 02-15-08 on County Rd
1100 W & 550 N.
The vehicle hit a patch of ice loosing control spinning around breaking off a
stop sign and road sign rolled over landing on four wheels. The Driver had
to
be extricated from the car by the Farmland Rescue Squad , Two passengers were
taken to Ball Hospital by Albany EMS, the driver was taken by Randolph County
EMS. The Sheriff's department was assisted by the Farmland and Parker
Police
department, Randolph County and Albany EMS, Farmland and Parker Fire Departments

Photo's of a one vehicle accident 01-04-08 on State Road
32 West of
Farmland approximately 925 W. A pickup truck heading West hit a snow
covered highway spun around left the road on the North side flipping the
truck over breaking of a telephone pole and landing on its side in a field.
No serious injury to either the driver or one passenger. The Sheriff's Dept.
was assisted by Farmland P.D. Farmland Fire Rescue and First Responders,
and the Randolph County EMS.

Photo's of a one vehicle accident 12-27-07 on County Rd
100 N just East of
950 W. The driver lost control on ice and snow covered road went into the
ditch rolling over and stopping on top of a fence. The Sheriff's department was
assisted by Parker P.D. Farmland Fire Rescue, Farmland First Responders, an
the Randolph County EMS.

An accident that occurred on 12/6/2007 involving a tractor
hauling and a car. The accident
occurred on US Highway 27 between 600 and 700 North.

Photo's of a one vehicle accident Nov 6, 2007 on State Rd
28 in Fairview. The vehicle
left the road on the South side of 28 going down into a deep side ditch
hitting several
small trees and breaking on a telephone pole dropping power lines down close to
the
top of the vehicle. The driver was taken to Ball Memorial Hospital by the
Albany EMS
with minor injuries.
The Sheriff's department was assisted by the Albany P.D. the Albany Fire
Department,
and the Indiana State Police.


Photo's of a two vehicle accident Oct 26 2007 at the
intersection of 900 W & 200 S.
The car failed to yield the right of way and hit the truck rolling it over into
a field.
The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital for a
check up and the other
driver was uninjured. The Sheriff's department was assisted by the
Farmland
Police Department, Randolph County EMS and the Farmland Fire Rescue.


Photos of an early morning accident on 9/7/2007 when a
semi failed to notice an
11 foot low clearance of an upcoming railroad bridge.
The semi driver drove
under the bridge and totally ripped the top of the
trailer off losing a portion of
his load. The accident occurred on 500 West and
the Sheriff's Department was
assisted by Randolph County EMS. The driver was
uninjured.

utilize pepper spray, Staff must be sprayed with it
themselves to learn the effects of
it.


Photo's of drugs seized during a traffic stop the
morning of April 27th, 2007. Deputy
Pullins made a traffic stop and Officer Barndollar
stopped by with his K-9 partner
"Awk." Officer Barndollar of the Winchester
Police Department ran his dog
around the vehicle and it showed Officer Barndollar a
positive indication that the odor
of drugs were emanating from the vehicle. The
photo's below is what was seized.
